The mechanical tourbillon rotates continuously once the watch is wound using the crown. Simply turn the crown clockwise to build power reserve. Each watch arrives with a detailed instruction manual for guidance and care.
We offer a professional repair service for all Henlox timepieces. If your watch requires attention, we will arrange the return process and provide a prepaid return label for repairs covered under our Warranty. Warranty repairs are completed free of charge and typically take approximately two weeks.
For timepieces outside the warranty period, our full repair service is available for a standard fee of $250 USD.

Every Henlox timepiece is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers mechanical movement integrity and material defects under normal wear conditions, reflecting our commitment to long-term performance and craftsmanship.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, the timepiece must remain in original, unworn condition with: Protective films must not be removed. Removal voids return eligibility, as this preserves the watch in its original factory condition.
