Shipping Policy

Every Henlox timepiece is handled with the same care and precision that defines its creation. All orders are shipped via secure, fully insured express courier and delivered using a signature-required service to ensure safe and verified receipt.

Processing Time

Order processing time is 24 hours and before dispatch, each Henlox watch undergoes a 48-hour quality assurance and final inspection process at our atelier. During this stage, our watchmakers perform final tourbillon accuracy checks, functional testing, and packaging verification to ensure the timepiece meets our standards before leaving for delivery.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Henlox provides complimentary Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) shipping, meaning all applicable duties and taxes are covered in advance for the United States, United Arab Emirates, Australia, United Kingdom, European Union, South America, and South Africa, allowing your order to arrive without unexpected import charges.

Customs Clearance Delays

Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience customs clearance delays or random customs inspections upon arrival into the destination country. These procedures are conducted entirely by local customs authorities and remain outside of Henlox’s control.

While we always work closely with our courier partners to minimise delays wherever possible, customs processing timelines can vary depending on the country, shipping volume, or inspection requirements. During this time, our team will continue to provide updates and support wherever available.

We kindly ask for your understanding that customs clearance procedures are a standard part of international shipping and are unfortunately outside of our direct control.

Order Processing & Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it or if it has'nt been processed. After this period, orders enter our processing, quality control, packaging, and fulfillment stages and can no longer be cancelled.

Once an order has been released for shipment, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. Customers who wish to return an item after delivery may do so in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, live tracking details will be provided so you can follow the shipment as it travels to you. All deliveries require a signature upon arrival to ensure secure and confirmed handover.
