Henlox Client Services ensures every timepiece maintains its mechanical integrity and performance long after purchase. Our facilities in the United States and United Kingdom provide structured support, inspection, and technical restoration.

Servicing & Repair

All Henlox timepieces are eligible for professional servicing.

Whether under warranty or requiring paid restoration, each watch is carefully inspected upon arrival. Our technicians assess movement performance, case condition, structural integrity, and component wear before proceeding.

Where required, individual elements can be deconstructed, restored, or replaced to return the watch to its intended mechanical standard.

Replacement Policies

If a component is found to be defective under our 36-month limited warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost following inspection approval.

For damage outside warranty coverage — including accidental or impact-related damage — a formal quotation will be provided prior to any repair or replacement work being undertaken. 

All replacement decisions are made following technical evaluation to ensure structural and mechanical integrity is preserved.

Service Capabilities

Henlox service facilities are equipped to:

• Inspect and regulate mechanical tourbillon movements
• Replace internal components where necessary
• Restore case structures and bezel assemblies
• Replace sapphire crystal components
• Refit performance-grade FKM straps and clasps
• Conduct full mechanical performance testing

Every timepiece is tested prior to return shipment to ensure operational stability and precision alignment.
