Yes. Every Henlox timepiece is hand-assembled in our atelier with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

2. Can I customize my watch?
We offer a curated selection of custom options per model. Once ordered, your piece is tailored and enters production within 24 hours.

3. What happens if my chosen watch is out of stock?
Not to worry. If a watch is out of stock, our atelier will craft and quality-check your timepiece within 10 days before shipping.

4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible.

5. Are your watches limited edition?
Yes. Many Henlox models are released in limited runs to maintain exclusivity and collector value. Availability is clearly noted on each product page.

6. Where do you ship from?
Henlox orders are shipped from our UAE warehouse, with select models dispatched from our global partners depending on availability.

7. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Express Shipping worldwide via USPS.

8. How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 5–7 working days, following a 1–3 day quality control process at our factory.

9. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

10. Do I have to pay customs duties?
No — Henlox covers all customs duties and import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.


Returns & Warranty

11. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused items. Due to hygiene and customization, some products are non-returnable. Email henlox@mail.com to begin a return.

12. Can I return a custom-made watch?
Custom watches cannot be returned after 24 hours post-order, as production begins immediately.

13. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every Henlox watch comes with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects.

14. How do I start a return or warranty claim?
