The CTHX02 Crimson Carbon is engineered for modern impact — forged from aerospace-grade carbon fibre, precision steel, and sapphire crystal. Its red-on-white carbon bezel creates a bold structural signature, with every carbon formation uniquely shaped under pressure.

At its centre, a genuine mechanical tourbillon rotates continuously beneath the skeletonised dial, delivering visible mechanical depth and up to 48 hours of controlled performance. Precision in motion. Structure under tension. Engineering revealed.

Yes. Henlox offers professional servicing and repair support for all timepieces.

Whether your watch requires routine servicing, warranty inspection, or repair due to accidental damage, our team can assist. Each timepiece is carefully inspected, and where applicable, individual components can be professionally restored or replaced.

How does the tourbillon work?

The mechanical tourbillon rotates continuously once the watch is wound using the crown. Simply turn the crown clockwise to build power reserve. Each watch arrives with a detailed instruction manual for guidance and care.

What is your repair or replacement policy?

We offer a professional repair service for all Henlox timepieces. If your watch requires attention, we will arrange the return process and provide a prepaid return label for repairs covered under our Warranty. Warranty repairs are completed free of charge and typically take approximately two weeks.

For timepieces outside the warranty period, our full repair service is available for a standard fee of $250 USD.

Every Henlox timepiece is backed by a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers mechanical movement integrity and material defects under normal wear conditions, reflecting our commitment to long-term performance and craftsmanship.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery. To be eligible, the timepiece must remain in original, unworn condition with: Protective films must not be removed. Removal voids return eligibility, as this preserves the watch in its original factory condition.
