To adjust the time, gently pull the crown out to the time-setting position and turn it until the hands show the correct time. Once set, push the crown back in fully. To wind the watch, keep the crown pushed in and turn it clockwise15–20 timesto build the power reserve. After that, normal wrist movement will keep the watch running throughout the day.
